Jennifer Craig, M.S., M.A., is a Lecturer in the Writing Across the Curriculum Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where she teaches writing and oral presentation in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics. She is a co-author of Learning to Write and Speak in Science and Engineering: Case Studies From MIT, forthcoming on MIT Press. Recent articles include "Innovation Across the Curriculum: Three Case Studies in Teaching Science and Engineering Communication" in IEEE Transactions in Professional Communication and "The MIT Mexico Transnational WAC Partnership", forthcoming in The Journal of Business and Technical Communication.
   
Angelica Natera is the Program and Development Officer at LASPAU. With nearly twenty years of professional experience, she has worked in the design, development and management of educational programs for public and private universities, governmental agencies, private companies and non-profit organizations in Latin America, Spain and the United States. In working with different projects across the Americas, Angelica had developed extensive expertise on the improvement of higher education through the understanding of institutional needs and realities, the appropriate identification of best educational practices and experts worldwide, and the design of initiatives to improve the quality of teaching.
   
Kitty Johnson is the U.S. State Department’s Regional English Language Officer (RELO) for Mexico and Central America. Previously, she was RELO in Lima, Peru, and has been a teacher trainer in the former Soviet Union, Europe, Asia, and the U.S. She holds an MA TESOL from California State University, LA.
   
Rajul Bhargava is presently Head of the Department of English University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India. For the past over three decades she has been involved with teaching ESL and the related issues of syllabus reform, course designing and material production especially for the socio-culturally disadvantaged. She has evolved many innovative strategies that are currently being applied in language classrooms with major success. She has contributed significantly to translation theory and practice. Published widely, nationally and internationally and contributed actively to ELT conferences & seminars worldwide.
